Refund and Payment/Donation Policies
Thank you for reviewing our Refund and Payment/Donation Policies. You agree to pay the full amount designated when making each online payment or donation.
Class/Camp Tuition Payments:
Summer Academies: If camper withdraws before May 9, 2025, fees are refundable except $25 application fee. Between May 9 and June 8, 50% of fees may be refunded. No refunds are made after camp starts on June 9. Special circumstances, like medical emergencies, will be considered. Payment must be made in full before the first day of camp. If a student is not accepted to camp, full tuition will be refunded.
Learning Labs: Tuition is refundable (minus a $15 withdrawal fee) for classes dropped more than two weeks before the start date. Special circumstances, like medical emergencies, will be considered. Payment must be made in full before the first day of classes.
Cancellations: In the event that enrollment does not reach the required minimum students or circumstances arise beyond GRC’s control, GRC reserves the right to cancel a class/camp. Students will be notified, and a suitable replacement class/camp will be recommended. If no replacement can be settled upon, GRC will refund your tuition fees in full, less any non-refundable fees.
Online Donations:
After submitting the payment information to Gifted Resource Council you waive the right to dispute the amount, charges, or payment method submitted by you. No refund, partial or whole, will be given once a transaction has been made and/or processed. Once a transaction is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Recurring monthly donations may be adjusted or canceled by contacting the GRC office at (314) 962-5920.
